  • How do I check my outstanding principal balance?

    Click here or access the Customer Login on the top of the page. Log into your account and then navigate to the Account Summary section. Select the Loan Reference ID from the drop down menu for which you want to view the outstanding balance. You will be able to see the total outstanding balance in the Loan Account Details section.

  • What does the Pay Now service help me to do?

    The Pay Now service offers you the ability to make your regularly scheduled loan payments, make partial payments or prepay your loan via our website. You can use the debit card linked to your loan account or make a one-time payment using a different debit card. Making additional payments also saves you money on interest charges. This does not affect the existing arrangement where we automatically debit the agreed payment amount using your debit card on the agreed upon dates as per the loan payment schedule in your loan agreement.

  • How do I pay the full outstanding balance using the Pay Now service?

    Click here or access the Customer Login on the top of the page. Click on the Pay Now tab and select the loan reference ID for which you want to make a payment from the drop down menu. Select the "Other Amount" option, enter the total outstanding amount to pay in the "Amount" box and proceed with making the payment.

  • Can I make a partial payment using the Pay Now service?

    Yes, you can use the Pay Now service to make partial payments towards your loan account. To do so, click here or access the Customer Login on the top of the page. Click on the Pay Now tab and select the loan reference ID for which you want to make a payment from the drop down menu. Select the "Other Amount" option, enter the amount you want to pay in the "Amount" box and proceed with making the payment. You can also clear any dues till date by selecting the "Pay the Total Amount Due" option. The minimum amount that can be paid using the Pay Now service is £5.

  • How do I change my debit card details?

    Please email us at payments@lendingstream.co.uk with your request. We will give you a call to collect the alternate card details. Note: please DO NOT send us your debit card details over email.

  • What is my repayment schedule?

    Click here or access the Customer Login on the top of the page. Log into your account to reach the Account Summary section. Select the Loan Reference ID for which you want to view the repayment schedule from the drop down menu. You will be able to view all your loan related details here.

  • Can I discuss alternative repayment options with you?

    You are welcome to discuss alternative repayment options with us. Please email us at payments@lendingstream.co.uk and we'll be happy to get in touch with you.

  • How can I get my debit card validated?

    Please email us at info@lendingstream.co.uk with your request and we will call you to validate your debit card. In order to run this check, there needs to be at least £1 in your bank account. We won't take any money out of your account, but you should make sure there is at least £1 available in the associated bank account for the validation to go through successfully.
