The year is 2009 and, if we have to go by analyst reports, people have to endure the slump for another 20 months. During this period, the unemployment count is going to increase to a shocking 3.3 million. Sadly, not every job-seeking soul is eligible for a jobseeker’s allowance. Statistics show that, among the 1.98 million ‘out of a job’ population, only 90,000 has claimed the allowance.
